Ez Print Co
Ez Print Co is the print automation platform behind this shop: live decoration on garments, supplier catalogues, checkout, and production files for the floor. This page lists the capabilities that are programmed in today.
Design studio
Customers and trade users place artwork on real garment mockups, then see colour, print method, and price update before they pay.
Front, back, and extra views with a true print area. Drag, resize, zoom, and pan artwork inside the placement box.
DTG, screen print, and embroidery are first-class options on the same catalogue item, with method-specific previews and rules.
Quotes combine garment size prices, print method and placement charges, colour counts, and live shipping — not a single flat fee.
Decoration
Artwork is reduced to shop inks, not RGB guesses. Operators pick Pantone coated colours, merge similar spots, and send production-ready separations.
Searchable coated catalogue with live swatches. Add custom Pantone codes and see them on the garment immediately.
Similar colours collapse to your screen limit. Merge controls keep the ink set shop-ready instead of one screen per pixel.
Process-style jobs are flagged for RIP so the shop can run simulated process when the artwork needs it.
Checkout produces screen separations for production, not just a pretty mockup.
Decoration
Artwork is digitised on the platform. Customers approve a stitchout before checkout; machines receive DST files.
Thread colours and stitch counts are shown on the garment. Switch between original artwork and the stitchout.
Zoom and pan the stitchout so operators and customers can check coverage, including light and white fills.
Each placement must be approved before checkout. Production DST files are generated for the embroidery machine.
Decoration
Direct-to-garment jobs are grouped, labelled, and dropped into RIP hotfolders for the print PCs on the floor.
Units are grouped for DTG runs so the shop prints by colour, size, and design instead of one-off files.
Routes send print-ready files to the right RIP PC and garment type. Agents keep folder mappings in sync.
Each garment unit gets a label with colour, size, print areas, and a scan code for the RIP agent.
Catalogue
Supplier catalogues land as grouped products with colours, sizes, images, and print placements ready for the customiser.
API import, flush, reconcile, and CSV category mapping so stock and styles stay aligned with AS Colour.
OAuth-connected catalogue import with flush-and-reload when the supplier feed needs a clean pass.
Brand-slug catalogues, product browse, and import jobs for Good Mates blanks.
Admin sets which print areas tenants can use, mockup positions, size prices, and method-specific placement charges.
Selling
The same platform runs a public shop at ezprintco.com and trade portals for tenants — with Stripe at checkout.
Dedicated installs serve the customer shop at the site root, with store branding, cart, and the live customiser.
Admin creates and assigns stores. Trade users get a portal; each store keeps its own catalogue and credentials.
Quoted garment, print, and shipping totals go to Stripe. Webhooks keep paid orders moving into production.
Floor
Paid orders become tickets, PDFs, and production files — local shop or connected production, depending on mode.
Admin production lists, unit detail, prepress queues, and batch views keep work moving after payment.
Local production PDFs and QR tickets sit with the job so the floor has artwork, inks, and garment data together.
When configured, shops can sync catalogues, orders, and fulfilment with a production partner alongside in-house work.
Interparcel and Shippo rate shops at checkout from parcel size, weight, and destination.
Platform
Operators run the shop from one admin, and other systems can talk to the same catalogue and orders over REST.
Users, stores, sync, catalogue, production, settings, audit logs, and account — all behind admin login.
Versioned /api/v1 endpoints for health, stores, products, catalogue, orders, production, and webhooks.
Import, production, and AS Colour reconcile workers run on cron or an internal token so heavy work stays off the request.
